About LiveMach
About LiveMach: who builds it and who it is for
LiveMach is an industrial IoT machine monitoring tool for Indian manufacturers. It uses its own sensor hardware and a cloud dashboard to show machine status, run time, downtime and OEE. It is built by Lalit Fauzdar. It is running on 150+ machines at a ₹500+ crore manufacturer. The usual first step is a pilot.
What is LiveMach?
LiveMach helps Indian factories see what every machine is doing, live. A small LiveMach device with sensors is fitted outside the machine and sends run time, stoppages and downtime to a cloud dashboard.
The dashboard shows machine status on mobile, tablet or laptop, in English and Hindi. It produces shift reports and OEE. There are no registers, no Excel, and no change inside the machine.
Who builds LiveMach?
LiveMach is led by its founder, Lalit Fauzdar, who works hands on across the hardware, the firmware and the software.

Visit fauzdar1.comWho is LiveMach for?
LiveMach is for plant heads, production managers, owners of small and mid size factories, and maintenance heads in India. It is also honest about who it is not for.
A good fit if you
- run a factory in India and want to see machine status without walking the floor
- work in CNC machining, injection moulding, screen printing or textile and looms
- also run packaging, auto components or pharma packing lines (possible fits, no dedicated pages yet)
- want run time, downtime and OEE to come from the machine, not from a register
Not the right tool if you
- want a full MES or ERP. LiveMach is not that.
- only want to read PLC or controller data. LiveMach can bring in controller readings where the controller allows it, but the core is sensors outside the machine.
- expect a public price list. Pricing is scoped for each factory.
- want proven predictive maintenance today. Condition monitoring uses thresholds. AI prediction is on the roadmap, not live.
What is the track record of LiveMach?
Running on 150+ machines at a ₹500+ crore manufacturer.
- LiveMach is proven on textile looms, screen printing machines and mixed electrical and mechanical plants.
- There is no deployment yet in CNC machining and injection moulding.
- The dashboard screenshots on this site use demo data. A demo account with demo data is available if you want to see it.
- The usual first step is a pilot on one machine or one line. You watch the data, then you decide.
- Some features are planned and not live. We call them roadmap wherever we mention them.
