Pricing

LiveMach pricing: scoped for each factory

LiveMach does not have a public price list. The price depends on the number of machines, the sensor set on each machine, and any optional modules or add ons. Each deployment is scoped and agreed in a separate written engagement. The usual first step is a pilot on one machine or one line.

How much does LiveMach cost?

It depends on your factory, so we scope it instead of quoting one price for everyone. Four things decide the price.

  • Number of machines

How many machines you want to see on the dashboard.

  • Sensor set per machine

A machine read by a stack light needs a different set from one that also needs a current clamp or a process sensor.

  • Optional modules

Modules such as the operator panel, downtime reasons and attendance are off by default and switched on per factory.

  • Add ons

Extra sensing and analysis that is set up for your machines, listed below.

We put the scope and the price in writing before anything is fitted. There is no price on this site because any number here would be invented.

What is in a typical core package?

A typical core package has a live dashboard, analytics and reports, downtime reasons, operator attendance records, maintenance management, engineer visits and reminders.

Sample package

  • Live Dashboard: see which machine is running or stopped, at any time
  • Analytics and Reports: track performance, efficiency and production data
  • Attendance Records: keep operator shift records without a register
  • Maintenance Management: schedule maintenance and keep service history in one place
  • Stoppage Reasons: record and study why machines stop
  • Engineer Visit Management: schedule and confirm engineer visits
  • Reminders and Notifications: alerts for maintenance, stoppages and other important events

This is a sample to show the kind of scope we discuss. Your own scope is agreed in writing.

Some of these, such as attendance and downtime reasons, are optional modules. They are off by default and switched on for your factory.

What add ons can I ask for?

Add ons are extra sensing and analysis, set up for your machines and quoted with the rest of your scope.

  • Power consumption per machine

See how much power each machine draws.

  • Cost estimation

Estimate cost per unit from power use, run time and operator hours.

  • Current fluctuation analysis

Look at the current pattern of a machine for unusual load.

  • Vibration monitoring

Track vibration on a machine against thresholds you agree.

  • Sound based fault detection

Listen for unusual sound on a machine.

  • Custom sensor integration

Bring in a sensor your process needs, such as temperature or pressure.

Condition monitoring here works on thresholds. It alerts when a reading crosses a threshold we agree with you.

The LiveMach device·Guide: stack light monitoring

What is the first step, and what is a pilot?

The first step is usually a pilot on one machine or one line. You watch real data from your own machines before you decide anything larger.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your factory

Send the machine list and what you want to see.

  2. 2

    Agree the pilot scope

We agree which machine or line, and which signals to read.

  3. 3

    Fit and watch

The device is fitted outside the machine and you watch the dashboard.

  4. 4

    Review and decide

We review the data together. If you go ahead, the full deployment is scoped in writing.

What should I have ready to get a quote?

A rough machine list is enough. The more you can tell us, the sooner we can scope it.

  • A list of the machines you want to monitor
  • The brand and approximate age of each machine, if you know them
  • What you want to see: running or stopped, downtime, reasons, reports or OEE
  • Whether you want a pilot on one machine or one line first
  • Any extra sensing you are thinking about, such as power or vibration

What is not included?

Roadmap items are not included until they are live. We do not sell planned features as if they exist today.

  • AI predictive maintenance and failure date estimates
  • On device models
  • Remote start and stop control
  • Energy optimisation
  • ERP integration
  • Subscription engagement models

There is also no public price list, no fixed per machine rate on this site and no online checkout.

Common questions about pricing

Does LiveMach have a price list?
No. There is no public price list. The price is scoped for each factory and agreed in a separate written engagement.
What decides the price?
The number of machines, the sensor set on each machine, optional modules and add ons.
How do I get a quote?
Send the enquiry form or email [email protected] with your machine list and what you want to see. We reply within one working day.
What is the usual first step?
A pilot on one machine or one line. You watch real data from your own machines, then decide whether to go ahead.
Is there a subscription plan?
Subscription models are on the roadmap and are not live. Today each deployment is scoped and agreed in writing.
Can I see a demo before I talk about price?
Yes. A demo account with demo data is available. Ask for it in your enquiry.
Are add ons included in the core package?
No. Add ons such as power consumption, vibration or custom sensors are set up per factory and scoped with the rest of your deployment.
