Who we are
LiveMach is a product of Proink Hub Services Private Limited. This policy describes how we handle information collected through livemach.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company or factory name, email address, phone number, the approximate number of machines you operate, the capabilities you are interested in, and any message you write. We do not collect anything you do not type into the form.
How we use it
We use your details for exactly one purpose: responding to your enquiry about LiveMach. Your submission is delivered to us by email, and we may reply by email or phone. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Two values are stored in your browser: your dark/light theme preference and your language choice. Neither leaves your device.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not from an automated script. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic technical signals from your browser. It is used only to block automated submissions. It is never used to profile you or to show you advertising.
Data retention
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to [email protected].
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
